The car, once customized, will be synchronized and integrated into the new set-up on the manufacturer’s website. The customer will then be able to choose a dealership and contact a salesperson who will present the vehicle as configured and answer questions via video calls and the Augmented Reality car model. The salesperson will also have the opportunity to present a real vehicle in the showroom and explore it with the customer to engage and establish trust with them.
