The main purpose of Lynx International Customer Service is to satisfy customer needs through timely and effective response to their requests and needs. The supervision of customer contact ensures the optimization of the company’s business communication cycle.

Through the OTRS ticket creation and processing platform, the Customer Service team is responsible for:
  • Managing the customer information service
  • Supervising the business correspondence
  • Handling any reports and critical issues in an effective and timely manner
  • Providing assistance and technical support with the use of products and/or programs
  • Managing inbound call flow
  • Training the customer by sending manuals and technical documentation
